General Information

All rides will start and end at the host hotel – Big Horn Lodge (550 S Main St). All park entrance fees to be paid by members ($5/each bike). I suggest having 3 water bottles on you at all times during the bike rides.

Additional Ride Information

Everyone is welcome and we encourage participating in ALL workouts during this training weekend. We will be providing SAG for some rides and a great group to ride with. However, just like in all your training and racing we do expect you to be self sufficient. You should have properly maintained equipment, a saddle bag with extra tubes, CO2, plenty of water bottles, nutrition, a basic level of fitness and realistic expectations of your abilities. I’m not trying to scare anyone off, I’m just trying to make sure everyone has a good time. If you have any questions on this topic, please contact me directly (stuartbrownevans@gmail.com).

Recovery/Massage

Our great partner Proaxis Therapy will be joining us this weekend and bringing 3 therapists for massage/recovery services ($1/minute cost). They will be hosting massage at the Big Horn Lodge and the sign-up sheet will be a google document posted online the week of the trip. It will be great to have them on-board to help us recover between workouts! Signup link posted by Wednesday

Bike Mechanics

Unfortunately Tribella isn’t able to make it out this year to keep our bikes in good working order. However, the good folks over at Rim Cyclery will be available each day opening at 8AM to help with any bike issues. Their address is 94W 100N Moab, UT 84532 & their telephone number is 435-259-5333
