ALSO – if you have any interest in driving the bike courses and “SAGing” this would also be a great service – please contact me directly for more info.
Additional Ride Information
Everyone is welcome and we encourage participating in ALL workouts during this training weekend. We will be providing SAF for some rides and a great group to ride with. However, just like in all your training and racing we do expect you to be self sufficient. You should have a properly maintained equipment, a saddle bag with extra tubes, Co2, plenty of water bottles, nutrition, a basic level of fitness and realistic expectations of your abilities. I’m not trying to scare anyone off, I’m just trying to make sure everyone has a good time. If you have any questions on this topic, please contact me directly (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Our great partner Proaxis Therapy will be joining us this weekend and bringing 3 therapist for massage/recovery services ($1/m rate for massage). They will be hosting massage at the Big Horn Lodge and the sign-up sheet will be a google document posted online the week of the trip. It will be great to have them on-board help us recover between workouts!
